华网北京10月11日电（记者李宣良、白瑞雪）“神舟五号飞行中，环境控制与生命保障系统只能算是进行了试验，这一次神舟六号任务才是环控生保系统的真正使用。”神舟六号飞船环控生保分系统原主任设计师傅岚在接受新华社记者采访时说，“我们的任务，就是竭力为航天员打造更舒适的生活空间。” 人类要想脱离地球探索外层空间，必须设法创造一个人类可以在太空生存的小环境。太空舱内的环境控制与生命保障系统，不但是载人航天器上最具载人特色的一个重要系统，而且直接关系到航天员的身体健康、工作效率和生命安全。 “舱内的空气比地面还好” 当杨利伟乘坐神舟五号飞船从太空返回时，他说：“舱内的空气比地面还好。” 傅岚说，神舟六号和神舟五号采用了同样的供气体调压系统，氧气、氮气由高压钢瓶携带上飞船，通过控制阀进行释放，使得舱内气体成分大致和地面一致。 神舟六号飞船共带了50公斤左右的氧气，不仅可以满足两名航天员多天的需要，还可用于应急状态时使用。由于高压钢瓶装载高压的大气，需要承受210个大气压的压力，所以研制难度较大，一只钢瓶的造价大约为5万元人民币。傅岚说，万一飞船在返回时落在海上，在返回舱内还有一套应急系统可以产生供航天员使用24小时的氧气，并吸收二氧化碳，确保航天员不会缺氧。 在保持空气中充足氧气的同时，飞船内部还采用了先进的通风净化系统，可以将空气中各种灰尘杂质及时清除，使空气质量始终保持在优良等级以上。 温度17到25摄氏度，相对湿度30％到70％ 通过温湿度控制系统，神舟六号返回舱温度将控制在17到25摄氏度之间，相对湿度控制在30％到70％之间。 “这是令人感到相当舒适的环境。” 傅岚说，舱内温度主要依靠专用空调进行控制。空调的工作情况，根据航天员的活动量、飞船受太阳照射程度的变化而自动进行调整。即便是在飞船返回时，飞船外表因与大气的激烈摩擦而达到数千摄氏度，返回舱内仍保持在25摄氏度左右。 相比于温度的控制，对湿度的控制要困难得多。傅岚介绍说，在太空中每名航天员每天通过呼吸、排汗等正常代谢，大约产生1．8公斤左右的水汽。在失重环境下，这些水汽悬浮在空气中。如果不尽快回收，不仅使航天员难以忍受，危及到生命，而且可能使电气设备受潮引起短路。神舟六号飞船是利用水的毛细现象，采用了一种吸附孔隔膜，通过施加一定的压力让空气通过，而水则被吸附下来。将这种隔膜应用于空气循环系统之中，就可以将空气中的水汽有效过滤，使飞船内的湿度保持在相对稳定的水平。 吃喝拉撒设施一应俱全 为了使航天员在太空中吃得更好，除了使食品的口味和种类符合航天员的个人喜好外，还必须创造一个与地球上类似的就餐环境，这样才有利于调动航天员的食欲。傅岚介绍说，神舟六号航天员就餐时将食品放在具有磁性吸附作用的餐盘中，使用刀叉进行进餐。在太空中，航天员可以使用食品加热器对食品进行加热，一般进行30分钟左右的加热后，航天员就可以吃上热的饭菜了。 “航天员喝水实际上不是喝，而是将水射到嘴里的。” 傅岚说，由于飞船中的气压要小于地面上，所以航天员用自己的嘴根本吸不动液体。饮水时，航天员通过一根铅笔一般粗细的吸管将嘴与饮料容器联结起来，通过气泵加以一定的压力，这样饮料就可以源源不断地射进航天员的嘴里。 航天员在太空中的大小便采用了大小便收集系统。“这是一个相当于吸尘器的系统。” 傅岚介绍说，系统有两根塑料软管分别用来对准航天员大小便的排泄器官。在航天员使用时，系统通过吸气，将排泄物收集起来，液体和固体分别保存处理。为了防止大小便产生的气味污染环境，塑料软管在与人体接触时，可以起到很好的密封作用。同时，系统中还使用了活性炭作为除臭吸附剂。 为了尽可能减少航天员的工作量，飞船环控生保系统的工作主要通过自动控制来进行。傅岚说，“这个系统完全是为人服务的，如果没有人，就不需要这个系统。让航天员生活得舒服些，是我们不懈追求的目标。”
