我从听说读写四个方面分享我一路学习英语的心得体会，不足之处请指正。我相信学好英语的同学都用过这些方法。 听力能力由三个能力构成，语音识别，语义识别和结构层次，分别对应单词，句子和篇章层面。听写是训练精听的方法，但只进行听写训练只解决语音识别，并不能理解句子意思，或是结构层次，所以还要多泛听。 听力攻克的方法也很简单，先听1-2遍这个句子找找感觉，然后把整个句子切分6-10个小分句，或者说意群，每个听2-4遍，实在不理解再看原文，直至全部搞懂。然后再把整句听2-4遍，熟悉一开始阻碍你听懂的那些地方，并进行跟读。最后把音频保存下来，有空的时候反复多听复习。按这个方法每天听3-6篇这样难度（看得懂但听不懂）的文章，30天就能基本突破音义连接的问题。自然语流的弱读连读练习方法也类似，把整句切成若干部分，一小部分一小部分地听懂，把不熟悉的变成熟悉，你大脑处理英语语音的能力就能快速增强。然后是按部就班地执行。听力阅读背单词，没有任何捷径，无非熟练尔。 听力训练方式：精听＋泛听 精听流程推荐: 1.完整听一遍素材，对内容大概了解，抓住核心词，为后面听写初步减轻难度 2.以每个单句或者意群为单位，听一句写一句 3.边听边写，听不出来的句子或者卡住的单词，反复听，直到听出来为止 4.一句话反复听5遍还没有听出来一些单词，做好标记，放弃后继续听后面 5.校对答案，听不出来和听错的单词或句子，对照素材改正 6.错误的地方重复听，思考错的原因，分析正确答案和自己臆想答案，有什么相似和区别之处 7.循坏以上步骤，再换不同素材。 精听的训练方式，既能复习和巩固单词和短语，也能突破音义连接和自然语流的弱读连读。通过提升音标和语音语调的听辩能力，从而达到提高听力准确度和听力水平。初学者可以选择简短对以话生活化交流为主；如果想深入解决英语问题的话，建议新闻CNN,BBC,Science American和演讲Ted 美国总统，每日英语听力app更新的又快又方便，还能调倍数。 泛听流程推荐： 1.听素材时，按照一个个完整模块听，比如一个故事，一则新闻，一个段落去听 2.听完一个模块，用中文复述大概意思 3.没有听懂的地方再多听几遍，但不是一句暂停后再听下一句，要听完整的段落 4.校对答案，看着素材文本，自己复述的意思是否一致，如果差很远马上找原因 5.泛听素材要适中，完全听得懂和完全听不懂的素材意义不大，要找看得懂但听不懂的素材。 泛听的依据：英语是有特定的语音语调的，说话者会明显的抑扬顿挫和断句分明。因此我们在接受听力信息时，要将信息“条块化”或“意群”输入，及“语感”的培养。这时，不需要每个单词100%听懂但依然能理解对方的意思。时长3分钟以内的视频最佳。 提升英语口语能力有三大要素，一是词汇的积累，二是对话语境的理解和反射，三是发音. 词汇存储量不够，不论是阅读、听写，还是口语，都会受到限制。英语日常使用的词汇并不多，上千个常用单词如果能掌握好的话，基本能让你表达日常所需要表达的任何内容。 加强语境需要多听，多说。可以多听新闻、纪录片、看电影等进行大量听力练习。听这些原汁原味的材料初期可能需要英文字幕，建议听过一段时间后，最好尝试关掉字幕只听音频，循着剧情去理解那些话的意思，学习效果更显著。要对我们学过的句子的消化：并不是过去后那个句子就结束了，而是要自己记录下来那些句子或短语，最好学着拆分句子，理解造句的时候，为什么那么造。然后试图换几个自己熟悉的词，看看自己能否改变句子。在生活中碰到它的新用法或新场景时进行造句练习。 口语训练方式：影子跟读法＋视译法＋复述法 Shadowing影子跟读法（英语流利说的付费定制课程里用的就是这个方法） 1、不看文本，跟着英语音频，滞后几秒跟读音频的内容 2、跟读时要不断开口重复音频内容，同时尽量保持相同的语速和语调 3、音频素材的选择：最好选用“演讲性质”的材料（如TED），有助于提高口语水平 4、想练习英式或美式发音的，要找对应的音频来练习，能有效改善发音和语调问题 Sight-interpreting视译法 视译法是口译培训课程必授内容，练的是语言的条件反射，熟练掌握后能高效提高口语表达，这也是口译训练的 核心 。 1、看着中文文本，嘴巴说出它的英文意思 2、遇到不会译的，划线标记出来 3、说完以后对答案，看到不会翻译的地方，对照着英语翻译，并牢记这个表达 4、重复视译同一文本，直到“条件反射” 5、拿到一篇中文文章，先练熟句子视译，然后连句成段，练熟段落，再连段成章 Retelling 复述法 戳 TED演讲|如何通过自身练习来提高口语能力？ 1、在泛听素材的基础上，加以 英语复述 内容，不是原文照背，而是将听到的内容，加以自己的理解再次复述 2、这个方法训练难度比前两个要高，但对于提高 口语表达能力 和 英语演讲能力 非常有效。 至于素材推荐，上面推荐的听力素材，我觉得两者是通用的。（TED和美剧、电影） # 以上内容适合有一定英语基础的学习者 “方法掌握很简单，难在行动和坚持。 每一个学好英语的人，都必定付出了一定的时间和汗水。” //End

首先我们要有拿得出手的专业本事，许多线上英语类的兼职都有门槛，例如：英语四六级高分证书、专四专八证书等。有傲人的成绩能让我们有理由推销自己，让自己能够在工作岗位上站稳脚跟。接下来我们就来谈一下有哪些线上兼职适合我们英专生。翻译类：图书翻译、电视剧和电影的字幕翻译、电商类译文编辑、中英文案翻译等。翻译兼职需要我们有大量的词汇功底，对西方国家的常识了解，比如一些谚语、俗语、地道的话要明白。2.线上英语老师：线上教研工作，例如辅导教研老师做ppt、教研、讲义、练习题等，当音标、语法老师开课，需要发音标准，最好有过线上授课经验。3.转写：通过听英文视频或对话录音，校对视频英文字幕，将对话内容转写成英语或翻译出汉语。要求我们有过硬的听力技术，一般是要求较高。4.除了笔译，还有口译：一些游戏直播比赛需要现场解说或者与他国选手交流沟通都需要口译人员，要求我们反应敏捷，快速准确的做好交流的桥梁任务。我们如果还没有任何经验，不如先干一些稍微简单的英语类工作，当然，凡事都有第一次才有经验可谈，不要害怕，大胆去尝试，既然我们学的就是英语专业，我们将来毕业就是要从事有关英语的行业，那么我们就要有信心，把兼职当作历练，以后步入英语行业成为正式工作者就很有经验，心中有把握了。建议从大二再开始做有关英语的线上兼职，因为一般四六级考试都在大一，有的学校在学生大二才能考试，我们先把资证拿到手，将专业学的优秀些，把自己的水平提高一些不妨再开始兼职。稳扎稳打，相信自己可以的！另外还要明辨是否是正规的兼职平台，那些需要充值会员等等需要自掏腰包的一般都不要相信，更不要把自己的信息泄露，保护自身信息安全很重要。在兼职应聘前一定认清情况，发现不对劲要及时止损。
