《木兰花令·拟古决绝词》【清】纳兰性德人生若只如初见，何事秋风悲画扇？等闲变却故人心，却道故人心易变。骊山语罢清宵半，泪雨霖铃终不怨。何如薄幸锦衣郎？比翼连枝当日愿。【注释】1、题目一作“木兰花·拟古决绝词柬友”。2、上阕第一二句：意思是说与意中人相处，如果后来产生了怨恨、埋怨，没有了刚刚相识的时候的美好、淡然。那么一切还是停留在初次见面的时候为好。何事句：此用汉班婕妤被弃典故。班婕妤为汉成帝妃，被赵飞燕与赵合德谗害，退居冷宫，后有诗《怨歌行》，以秋扇为喻抒发被弃之怨情。南北朝梁刘孝绰《班婕妤怨》诗又点明“妾身似秋扇”，后遂以秋扇见捐比喻女子被弃。这里是说本应当相亲相爱，浮生萦云，但却成了今日的相离相弃。3、上阕第三四句：意思是说如今轻易地变了心，却反而说情人间就是容易变心的。故人，指的是情人。这两句诗中蕴含着有两个典故，出处就在谢脁的《同王主簿怨情》：掖庭聘绝国，长门失欢宴。相逢咏荼蘼，辞宠悲团扇。花丛乱数蝶，风帘人双燕。徒使春带赊，坐惜红颜变。平生一顾重，宿昔千金贱。故人心尚永，故心人不见。谢脁这首诗，也是借闺怨来抒怀的，其中还用到“悲团扇”的典故。谢脁诗的最后两句“故人心尚永，故心人不见”，也有版本作“故人心”，后来基本被确定为“故心人”，这正是容若“等闲变却故人心，却道故人心易变”一语之所本。两个版本在意思上的差别倒也不是很大，大略是说你这位故人轻易地就变了心，却反而说我变得太快了——当然也可以作其他的解释，但大体都还是围绕着这层意思的。4、下阕第一二句：《太真外传》载，唐明皇与杨玉环曾于七月七日夜，在骊山华清宫长生殿里盟誓，愿世世为夫妻。白居易《长恨歌》：“在天愿作比翼鸟，在地愿为连理枝。”对此作了生动的描写。后安史之乱起，明皇入蜀，于马嵬坡赐死杨玉环。杨死前云：“妾诚负国恩，死无恨矣。”又，明皇此后于途中闻雨声、铃声而悲伤，遂作《雨霖铃》曲以寄哀思。这里借用此典说即使是最后作决绝之别，也不生怨。参见《浣溪沙》（凤髻抛残秋草生）“讲解”。5、下阕第三四句：化用唐李商隐《马嵬》：“如何四纪为天子，不及卢家有莫愁”之句意。薄幸，薄情。锦衣郎，指唐明皇。又意谓怎比得上当年的唐明皇呢，他总还是与杨玉环有过比翼鸟、连理枝的誓愿！意思是纵死而分离，也还是刻骨地念念不忘旧情，亦可通。
