Feed Me BetterOur school dinners consist of a lot of potatoes—often cooked as chips and pasta to fill us up, but only with a little bit of meat or vegetables. I know that eating this kind of food every day is not good for me—we should eat more fresh fruit and vegetables to stay fit and healthy. One day meat, one day fish, and there should be different freshly steamed vegetables every day, and a little bit of pasta or steamed potatoes. And we should have different fruit every meal, too. In that way we would find it easier to work in the afternoon, and grow healthily.
