如何进行有效的英语作文批改一直是困扰高中英语教师的难题之一。目前，高中学生的英语作文都是上交任课教师批改，教师在学生的作文上写下简单的评语或打上一个标志性的分数，发还学生，个别教师可能会进行范文分析。笔者经常遇到的情况是：由于教师批改作文工作量较大，耗时较长，等到学生拿到作文本时，差不多已经遗忘了文章的内容，完全没有阅读教师评语的兴趣。对于分数，他们也只是和同学比较一下谁高谁低，而不会去考虑为什么老师给我这样的一个分数？我怎样也能拿高分？笔者近年来开始尝试着让学生自己批改作文。为了操作的方便，我给学生定了一个自评作文的标准。学生作文自评标准含Language Criterion与Quality Criterion两个部分，Language Criterion是语言知识层面的批改，Quality Criterion是对作文整体质量的评价。作文总分按最高分23分来计算，将评价标准分成五个部分：既让学生在自批过程中有衡量的具体标准，降低了任务的难度；又能渗透高考作文评价意识，使学生清楚地明白需改进的地方。第一部分content（5分）主要是要让学生仔细的阅读作文的写作要求，不能遗漏要点。第二部分organization（4分）是要让学生重视文章的分段以及段落的详略情况。笔者曾参与过高考的作文阅卷工作，发现很多老师都很头疼学生的一段式文章，不仅读起来没有条理，也很难在短时间内判断他是否有要点遗漏的现象。这种一段式的文章是很难给阅卷老师留下较好印象的。而段落的详略如果注意了的话，文章读起来会觉得条理清晰，层次分明。第三部分vocabulary（5分）则更多的是关注学生的基础知识：单词的拼写、词汇在语境中的合理运用等等。第四部分grammar（5分）是要让学生意识到平时学的语法知识在作文里的综合运用，比如说时态、语态、句型的整合。第五部分flashing points（4分）提醒学生在平时的训练中多多记忆漂亮的词汇、短语以及句型。通篇都是简单句，这样的作文读起来是寡然无味的，而这些好的词、句子就是文章的调料。笔者认为这一学生作文自评标准的设计遵循了《课标》规定的教学原则，即“加强对学生学习策略的指导，帮助他们形成自主学习的能力”。《课标》指出要为学生独立学习留有空间和时间，使学生有机会通过联想、推理和归纳等思维活动用英语分析问题和解决问题，获得经验，增强自信，提高能力。教师要注意帮助学生独立制定具有个性的学习计划，并根据自我评价不断修正和调整自己的学习计划。我们要求和安排学生按照作文自评标准来进行自我批改评价，正是给学生提供了独立学习的空间和时间，有利于培养学生自主学习的能力；而且Language Criterion与Quality Criterion让学生在自评过程中有衡量的具体标准，使学生在进行过多次自评作文后，明确了写作方向，即什么样的作文才算是好作文，增强了学生在写作文时的自信心。在实践中，笔者发现学生作文自评标准的使用确实使原来枯燥、低效的作文批改成为轻松、相对高效的学习过程。首先，学生使用作文自评标准进行自我批改培养了学生的自主学习能力，增强了学生的学习主体意识。学生自批作文的过程就是一个自主学习的过程，Language Criterion与Quality Criterion为学生的自主学习提供了技术支持，学生自我评定作文的过程充分体现了学生的主体地位。其次，学生作文自评标准的使用提高了学生的作文质量、写作能力及语言综合运用能力。学生在进行作文自批时不仅要关注语言知识层面最基本的问题，如单词拼写、字母大小写、名词单复数、时态、代词前后一致等诸多问题，而且必须从作文整体出发，从内容、组织、衔接等方面审视全文。事实上，Language Criterion的使用也是一个短文改错的过程。长此以往，学生的语言整体水平，包括写作能力，将得到质的提升。再次，学生作文自评标准的使用培养了学生的写作策略。笔者在对学生的调查中发现Quality Criterion使绝大部分学生开始关注作文要点是否全部写到，作文句与句、段与段之间的衔接是否有，是否流畅自然，词汇、句型的选择等等。最后，学生作文自评标准的使用促进了师生间的情感交流。由于学生作文自评标准降低了写作的难度，而且教师评语趋于人性化，不少学生在整篇作文结束后还跑到办公室与教师谈写作的问题，师生之间的关系越来越融洽，进一步提高了学习效率。但是，笔者在实施过程中发现学生作文自评标准存在着两个有待改进与完善的地方。第一，不同语言水平或学习能力的学生对作文自评标准的使用不同。对于语言水平较弱、学习能力较差的学生来说，作文自评标准首先是一个理解的问题，其次才能对自身的作文进行批改和评定。因此，很多这样的学生就会随便打个分数，造成自评作文的使用流于形式。第二，很多学生对于自己作文中的错误“视而不见”。有的学生甚至笑称：“我要知道它是错的，我还会错吗？”对于这个问题笔者最近做了一些尝试，让学生相互交换作文批改，或者自批后再收上来由老师重新做简明扼要的批改。这样一来，学生与学生之间，学生与老师之间的互动就更多了，问题也能得到妥善解决。

如何有效地布置与批改英语作业作业是学科教学的延伸和补充，是对单位时间内所学知识的复习与巩固，是教师用来检查教学效果、指导学生学习的教学手段之一。教师通过作业可以及时了解学生的学习状况，并据此调节、改善自己的教学。可是，不少初中英语教师在布置和处理作业的过程中常常不自觉地步入“题海”的误区，其结果不仅空耗了自己和学生大量的宝贵时间，而且导致学生厌学，降低了教学质量。那么如何有效地规范初中英语作业的布置与批改？布置作业讲究“四性”。1.针对性：教师在选题时，只有将学生的水平层次与知识层次有机地结合起来，才能使练习具有较强的针对性。如设计巩固交际语言项目的练习，要重点训练学生运用语言的得体性、规范性；设计巩固语法知识的练习，要重点训练学生掌握语法知识的准确性；设计口语练习，要重点训练学生口头表达语言的准确性和流利性。我们既反对重笔头、轻听力、轻口语的单一型练习模式，又反对不加选择、大量盲目“引进”习题的做法（它往往是导致陷入“题海”的直接原因）。笔者认为，在布置作业时，须注意以下几点：针对性英语作业按其类型可分为课内作业与课外作业；按其形式又可分为听力作业、口语作业与书面作业（笔头作业）。除借助课堂讲授以外，教师还要借助作业来解决教学内容中的重点、难点，从而实现教学目的，使不同层次的学生各有所获。因此，采用何种类型和形式的作业，就需要根据每次作业的重点和学生具体情况来确定。教师在选题时，只有将学生的水平层次（个体层次）与知识层次（“四会"层次）有机地结合起来，才能使练习具有较强的针对性。如设计巩固交际语言项目的练习（书面作业），要重点训练学生运用语言的得体性、规范性；设计巩固语法知识的练习，要重点训练学生掌握语法知识的准确性；设计口语练习，要重点训练学生口头表达语言的准确性和流利性2.层次性：教师在布置作业时要遵循“因材施教”这一教学原则，在完成单位时间内的教学内容后，结合教学内容和学生实际水平，布置层次分明、结构合理、题量适中的同步作业，对学生个体层次和知识层次要分析并加以区别，不能搞“一刀切”。教师要通过自己精心设计或选编的练习，让每个学生都能有收获，都能享受到成功的快乐。3.时效性：教师布置的作业应以强化和巩固当堂或一单元内所授重点、难点知识为主，不宜有过多超前或滞后的知识内容。若某作业作为课内作业，就不能作为课外练习。这样学生才能明白每次作业训练的主旨，才能完成得轻松、愉快、有成效。作业不仅是单位时间内教学内容的延伸与补充，而且是对某一阶段内重点知识的巩固和教学效果的评价，因而它应具有时效性（即教师布置的作业应以强化和巩固当堂或一单元内所授重点、难点知识为主，不宜有过多超前或滞后的知识内容）。若某作业作为课内作业，就不能作为课外练习。这样学生才能明白每次作业训练的主旨，才能完成得轻松、愉快、有成效。如教材同步练习册中的练习（一课一练），就具有较强的时效性。 4.适量性：教师应指导学生在有限的时间内，主要进行学习方法的探索和知识的系统归类，而不是进行大量的、毫无针对性的、机械性的练习。教师应把握好这一原则，做到选材有针对性且题量适中，不可把练习变成“题海”，更不能把布置大量的作业当成学生复习和掌握知识的唯一途径。批改作业是教学中不可缺少的重要环节，它是教师和学生之间无声的“对话”。通过这种“对话”教师可以从中得到教与学的信息反馈，了解学生对所学知识内容掌握的程度；同时也有利于调整教学内容的进度；学生可以从作业检测中了解对所学内容掌握程度，确立学习目标，改进学习方法。然而笔者在几年的初中英语教学过程中，发现在教师批改作业中存在着以下一些问题。1．教师花费在作业批改中的时间过长。老师平时要花很多时间在作业批改上，再加上平时小测验、单元检测等等，忙得团团转，探索教学改革的时间难以保证，教学改革也就难以付诸实施，这对现在推行的新课改是一个重大的损失。2．学生完全处于被动地位。新课程理念的突出特点就是开发学生智力，培养学生能力，让学生学习怎么学习，而不是学习死的知识。可是现在很多教师的作业批改让学生天天忙于按时按量完成作业，不管对与错。于是出现了很多题学生做过好几次结果最后还是错的情况。学生主动思考，自我检查的积极性受到压制。3．师生双方获得的信息失真度很大。很多学生为了按时交作业不被老师惩罚，就抄作业。老师在作业批改中得不到学生真正水平的展示，所以才会出现学生平时作业不错，考试成绩却不理想的情况。4．教师在作业批改中简单、枯燥、死板。笔者发现, 很多教师在批改中仅仅使用简单的“√”、“°”、“？”等符号，从来不会给学生的作业以适当的评语。学生只知道自己是错是对，但对为什么对为什么错是茫然无知的。教师使用的评语也是千篇一律,甚至于很多学生知道自己作业本上不会有什么惊喜，拿到作业本本看都不看一眼。综上所述，作业批改中存在的这些问题，不但让教师们很辛苦，束缚了教改的手脚，也束缚了学生学习的主动性和积极性。所以，对学生作业的批改的改革也应该受到足够的重视。发现上述问题之后，笔者开始在自己所教学科——英语的作业批改中，逐渐摸索更科学、更合理、更有效的作业批改方法。以下就是笔者总结出来的一些初中英语作业批改方法。1．随堂批改。新课上完之后，简单的作业可以当堂完成。采用竞赛抢答，小组比赛的办法，当堂集中批改，这样既可以马上检查学生的学习效果，又可以提高学生的学习积极性，还可以锻炼学生的反应能力，增强学生的竞争意识。比如一些单词的记忆，课文的背诵都可以让学生在课堂上完成。2．学生自改和互改。授完本节课内容后，检测一下教学效果，教师选择本课生字词、重要句型、习惯用法、语法及其相关的知识点，编出几道触类旁通的练习题，让学生当堂完成，然后提供参考答案或让学生看书，让学生自己改或者交换批改。这种方法既能调动学生积极参与的兴趣，又能促进学生对本课所学内容的巩固。因为学生自己改或者交换改，既能使他们及时发现和改正自己作业中出现的错误，又可以使他们从别人的作业中发现错误，从而吸取教训，避免类似的错误再次出现。3．把学生分成小组，轮改。把全班学生分成若干个小组，成绩好的与成绩差的搭配平衡，每个组指定一个学生担任组长。每次派其中的2到4个小组批改作业，参加批改作业的学生由老师先给他们面批，然后再分组批改。每组批改完后，由组长向老师汇报作业批改情况，哪几题错得严重，哪几个同学错得相同。学生通过作业轮改，加深了对所学内容的理解和巩固，也增强了自我责任意识；老师从2到4组学生汇报的作业批改情况中，得到了信息反馈，有利于调整教学的内容和进度，更换教学方法，提高教学质量。当然，这样的批改方法最适用于客观性练习题，比如单选、填空，或者答案唯一的练习题。4．教师面批。对教学中的重点和难点，要做到人人过关。教师可以利用课外时间与学生面对面，逐题批改，及时指出错误，启发弄清错误的原因，并要求学生马上进行订正。在英语这门学科中，笔者认为作文就最好采用面批的方法。很多学生在学习英语写作时会碰到很多问题，如果不进行面对面的指导，根本没办法让学生领会到写作的技巧。比如很多学生写英语作文时，都是用汉语思考，把想写的内容先写成汉语，然后再逐字逐句的翻译成英语，这样写出来的英语作文，语句不通，单词用得不到位，时态混乱。而如果不面对面的批改，仅靠最后简单的评语或修改，学生进步空间有限。面对面的批改后让学生重新用英语思考，用英语的习惯来谴词造句，慢慢的英语写作水平才会得到提高。5．“粗改”与“精批”想结合。对词汇、句型和交际用语构成的复习性练习，教师只需给予对与错的评价即可，甚至可以根据学生水平分层次抽取适量样本进行批阅。而对要求比较高的“三会”或“四会”的词汇、语法、交际用语及作文等构成的各类强化巩固性练习，批阅时不仅要给予对与错的评价，还要对学生写错的予以更正并指出错误原因。这样的“精批”适用于本该面批但实在找不出时间的时候。“粗改”与“精批”想结合的方式，不仅可以使教师在评讲作业时做到有的放矢，而且能使学生知道自己在知识上的缺陷并做到对症下药。6．二次记分。在评价学生作业的问题上，传统的做法往往是教师经过一番审阅和批改，然后给予一次性的成绩，学生很少去思考和订正。二次记分的做法是：先由老师对学生的作业等先打一个成绩，并给以恰如其分的评语。然后将作业发还给学生，要求他们对照评语，反思作业过程，认真订正作业。如果订正之后正确，便追加成绩，否则便不给分。这种方法能有效的调动学生及时订正作业的积极性，另一方面，还能使学生逐渐养成仔细检查作业过程、自觉优化思路的良好学习习惯。笔者认为，这样的方法比较适合于单元检测题和作文。7．批改“典型”。教师用传统的批改方法先把所有学生的作业批改一次，在批改过程中，注意记录学生的一些典型错误。然后在课堂上，以自己做作业的方式把错误典型展示出来，然后让学生来说出老师的错误。由于学生长期被教师评价，一下子变成批改教师的作业，积极性很高，会批改得特别认真，在批改过程中，学生进行了一次系统的反思，弄清楚了思路，加深了对问题的认识。这种方法组织运用得巧妙的话，可让学生记忆深刻，产生自豪感，甚至会成为学困生转变的契机，使学困生在集体面前获得成功，使他们内心产生“愉快效应”，激发他们好学的积极性。8. 评语多样化。教师在最初批改作业时可以使用较简单的评语，如：A,B，C等。学生最初看到评语有差别一般都会努力让自己达到最高的A级。建议教师们为了鼓励学生，只要学生作业有所进步，就可以把作业等级慢慢加上去。当全班同学都可以达到A的时候，就可以换评语了。比如:So so! Good! Very good! Wonderful! 当全班又可以再次全部达到Wonderful的时候又换一批评语。这样学生每次都会尽自己最大的努力让自己得到更好的评语，而且每天都会期待教师的评语，再也不会出现学生从来不看教师批改的作业的问题。9．建立错题库。教师在每次批改作业时，把学生最容易错的题，编入错题库。就其内容可以分为语音、词汇、句型、语法和理解等方面的错题集。教师在教完一个系列的教学内容后，把这些平时作业中易错的题印发给学生，再次让学生练习，然后教师再逐项评讲。这不仅是一次公开批改作业的过程，也是指导学生如何摆脱困境的过程。学生做作业，教师批改作业是课堂教学的延续，是师生双方获得信息的重要通道。而教师批改学生作业的过程不是一个简单机械性的重复劳动，而是一种复杂的、具有创意的过程，需要教师凭着对教育事业的执着追求，凭着对学生高度负责的精神，才能够把学生的作业批透，获得教学信息反馈的第一手资料，为课堂教学打下基础。作业批改只要得法，不仅有利于减轻教师负担，同时也可以培养学生正视错误的习惯，从作业批改和订正中学习好的方法，使他们在知识的掌握中达到事半功倍的效果。

我们学校是没有评语的，但是打分。首先关注单词拼写正确与否，然后是语法，写作文前可以先让学生看3至5分钟的范文，给一些小提示。初二英语作文，衔接也很重要。开头结尾要自然。还是建议批的稍松些。单词语法无误，中心明确就可以给高分。
